With bonfire night behind us and the dark nights drawing in there is no denying that winter is nearly here.
I love this time of year, from the golden crunchy leaves that line the pavements to pulling on layers of chunky knits. It also means a shift in food choices. It’s the season of the humble root vegetables, cinnamon and its sister spices, and of soul-warming hearty meals.
I plan to share a few of my favourites go-to recipes and a few new ones I’ll be testing out.
